The TÜV Germany audits our offshore development centre annually in order to check the conformance to the strict guidelines of ISO 9001. So it is nothing less than extraordinary you can expect from our services.

Process Definition

Our processes consist of a mixture between scientific project management practices and a long years experience in the field of outsourcing. Our team members have multiple years of experience in handling outsourcing projects from distributed locations and are specialised to deliver best quality. Our target is to improve our processes continuously by utilizing the input from customers, employees and other stakeholders. We follow the Plan-Do-Check-Act Model of Deming in order to improve our processes.

Flexibility

Though we have developed a set of templates and guidelines, which help us to cover the process steps of the development in a optimum way, we have developed a flexibility to adapt ourselves as per the guidelines and processes of our customers. This allows us to deliver the expected quality in a comfortable way to the customers.

QA/ QC

Our QA/ QC department monitors our process and product quality. All our deliverables are being checked by our quality department before a roll out to the customer. We perform extensive testing of our products as per the highest standards in the market.
