Full Integration of POS with Materials Management and Accounting
On demand of a number of customers, especially distributors using the material management of Compiere, VIENNA has launched a POS extension of Compiere recently. The POS Extension is being piloted at existing customers of VIENNA and will be rolled out as a standard packaged extension to Compiere ERP & CRM. The POS system is fully integrated in the sales, materials management and accounting of Compiere and is offering a user friendly interface for cashiers to handle the POS activities. The integration with POS hardware such as POS keyboards, card terminals, drawers and POS printers has been done.

VIENNA has achieved a step in to the Middle East market by joining hands with a local Partner, Sentelist Fze, in Dubai. Sentelist has long years of experience in offering IT Services in the UAE and Middle East Region and is the right partner for serving the customers in the UAE. Both companies are working together to market and implement the open-source ERP Compiere in the Middle East. VIENNA is offering its expertise and experience to serve the client and local support is being provided to clients by Sentelist. The consultants of Sentelist are being trained by VIENNA to offer high quality services to the customers.
Both companies have already started with their first joint implementation in Dubai and are working well to achieve a successful implementation of Compiere.
